I had my first panic attack tonight.
I had gotten home past curfew from a friend's house. I opened the door to my dad. His first thing that he said to me was, "Un-fucking acceptable." I stopped as I tried to make my way up the stairs to my room. He said that he's tired of me never being quite good enough. He brought my grades into it. He was done with me. I slowly went up the stairs to my room. I went in, the lights were already off. I closed my door and sat down on my bed. I started to cry. The crying turned into sobbing. My breathing started to rapidly increase. I collapsed. I couldn't focus on any objects. My hands started to go numb. Tho
